Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Digitronix Advanced Digital Technology Solutions LLC-FZ ("Digitronix", "we", "us"). It is read together with the applicable quotation, our Terms of Business and, for hardware, our Hardware Procurement Terms. If a signed quotation or agreement says something different on a point, that document applies to it.
Refunds are not automatic. Each request is assessed against the agreement, the work performed and the costs committed.
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are approached for our services and for hardware. Nothing in this document excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory UAE law.
1. Professional services
For professional services, such as software, automation, website and SEO work:
- Deposits, milestone payments, work already completed and third-party costs already committed may affect whether, and how much, can be refunded.
- A cancellation is assessed against the work already performed and the costs we have committed, and the balance, if any, is dealt with as the agreement provides.
- Custom work may not be refundable once substantial work has started, except where the law requires it or we have agreed otherwise.
2. AMC IT support
Cancellation and renewal of an AMC are governed by your signed quotation or AMC agreement, including notice periods. Where a period has been paid in advance, what happens to it follows the terms of that agreement.
3. Hardware
- We place a hardware order with the supplier only after you approve the quotation and the required payment is received. Once we have placed the order with the supplier, it may no longer be cancellable.
- Special orders and custom configured equipment may have restrictions on cancellation and return.
- Manufacturer or distributor return rules may apply to returns.
- Faulty or defective products are handled according to applicable law and the warranty terms in your quotation. You do not lose any mandatory consumer remedy.

4. Digital and custom deliverables
Custom digital deliverables are made specifically for you. Once substantial work has started, they may not be refundable except where legally required or otherwise agreed in writing.
5. How to make a request
To request a cancellation or refund, write to support@digitronix.io with your quotation or invoice number and the reason. We will review the request against your agreement and reply with our decision and the reasons for it.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights that apply to you, including consumer rights where you are a consumer.
