How long does CRM setup take?
A clean setup for a small sales team typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. That covers pipeline configuration, automations, integrations, and team onboarding. A full migration from an existing CRM with data cleaning and custom automation development can take 6 to 10 weeks. We scope the timeline clearly before starting.
Can you migrate our existing contact database?
Yes. We handle data exports, cleaning, deduplication, and import into the new CRM. If your existing data is messy (duplicate contacts, inconsistent fields, missing information) we address that as part of the migration rather than copying the problem into the new system.
